current clothes: Jeans, socks, slip-on pantouffle things, rollerneck top, jumper & cardie (a twin set!!); oh, and undies
current mood: Hungry
current music: Silence
current taste: My taste is always impeccable, *g*. (Is this what they were asking?)
current make-up: None (the inner beauty shineth through)
current hair: Graduated bob and tricoloured blonde highlights
current annoyance: Lateness of roofer and stupidity of tradesmen
current smell: Floral fragrance of hubster's new bath milk still lingers in the air...
current thing I ought to be doing: Answering copy-editor's queries
current desktop picture: None (am so grim). But I do pull up the following to write fic to: Karl in Price of Milk. Dom as sexgod in Insomniac. Dom at comicon. Duck Taylor.
current favorite movie: Sunrise (Fritz Murnau, 1927); saw it for the first time last week: mindblowingly good.
current favorite tv show: Hetty Wainthropp (the good bits only). But I don't really watch TV any longer.
current favorite actor: Karl (am so predictable). Also and ever: Salman Khan.
current book: The Leopard, by Tomaso di Lampedusa. What a wonderful, wonderful book!!! I just drown in it. Beautiful prose, dreamsome atmo, and crystal-clear sharp insights. Also such funny asides and characterisations!
current cd in cd player: Haven't listened to music for ten days or so. Probably the kids' 'Nickleback' (horrible).
current refreshment: None, grrr.
current worry: Leak in roof.
God! How boring can anyone's life be? What a depressing survey.

Mood icons and ducks

In other news,
"Why so sad, mood bear? Here, let me make it better."
"Oh, horny hamster, I don't know why I am so sorrowful. I think it may have something to do with the software system I am but a small cog in."
"There, there, mood bear. Does this feel good?"
"Oh, hamster, those horns of yours are wondrously dexterous..."
"Mood bear, you are so strangely articulate."
"Not much longer... oh, oh, hamster!!"
"No wonder you're hopping up and down, moody. You're one hot teddy."
"Mmm. Visit again soon, hams."
