Dear yuletide writer
Oct. 14th, 2024 04:43 pm I'm very happy that you've been matched to me. I hope you enjoy the fandoms I picked!
Request "Four Ways to Forgiveness"
The tagset is 'world building' and there's not really much more to say! I love this tagset; I love this world. I also love Old Music but there is no obligation to have him in the fic. Write as you wish! I was almost going to put torture as a Do Not Want but as in this world it iscan be world-typical, I leave it up to your discretion. Of course, what I really mean is 'no torture porn.'
Request "Always Coming Home"
Anything will delight me. I chose 'worldbuilding' from the tagset mainly because I can't remember who was Spootted Goat (it's been over two years that I last read and adored the book). So by all means, include Spotted Goat and anyone else you'd like to include! I am thinking that 'worldbuilding' is possibly inevitable with this fandom? : )
Request "Winnetou"
I am all about the OTP Winnetou/'Scharlih" Old Shatterhand in this fandom. Have been since aged 8 and reading this in German Fraktur. You may write this for me in German, if you are able and so inclined! But English is also 100% good. : ) Anything with these two men will win my heart. I do not like torture but I accept that 'Marterpfahl' is a staple of the fandom so if some totem pole torture must be included, it's all part of canon and I'm fine with it! But no love of pain and torture; just grinning and bearing it and torture as part of the so-called "culture" of Karl May's invented Apaches - well, yoiu know what I mean, if you are offering this! : )
Request: "Twenty Leagues under the Sea"
What can I say? I read this a few months ago and was immediately seduced by the seductive Captain Nemo so Captain/Pierre is my OTP here. French is not my mother language but I am able to read it (I read the book in English translation) so if you wish to write this in French, that would add a little frisson. And any worldbuilding you care to throw in there, weird and wonderful creatures and land formations and marien phenomena - go for it!
Thank you, dear yuletide writer!
