*is back*

Thank you, kind people who waved farewell; I will soon wave back. Now I must do my 18-minute hot-waterbottle/cold-icepack alternation regime for my spine. *is bored* But even more boring is teh continuing pain; it is really very tediously dispiriting and debilitating. But Heiloo (where teh parents live) was wonderful fun and relaxing; they live 5 minutes walk away from the AZ Alkmaar stadium!
