laptop goes to hospital

Note: Tomorrow morning I bring the laptop to the Apple shop for repairs. It keeps on spitting out CDs and DVDs and guess what? My warranty ran out one day before I booked it in, so I'm still getting the repairs for free and saving 200-something pounds!

The laptop will have to live at the Apple shop for up to ten working days! So I may be here very intermittently as I may have to rely on Ash upstairs. *gulp*

This calamity did make me buy an external hard drive, however, so for the first time in my life my entire computer is backed up!!!

I saw ( Slumdog Millionaire )

I am still so in love with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and await the appearance of the DVD so that I may mainline it day-and-night.

I know the first two strophes and the chorus off by heart now of the song Haule Haule.

Haule haule se hawa lagti.... (Slowly slowly the breeze blows...) (I wonder whether that 'haule' is 'softly' in the sense of the German adverb 'sachte'. Because that is a lovely word.)
