Advance announcement: Sheppard fic

lobelia321I plan to post my Sheppard/wraith fic tomorrow! It's around 30,000 words and 76 pages in Word/Verdana, and I love it very much. It is called Ichor.
Summary: John Sheppard is trapped on an island. With a wraith. Rating: NC-17.
I'm not as apprehensive about posting it as I used to be. I feel I have revised, and rewritten, and thought about beta-comments, and revised again, and then, after a detour through Soap Boyland, the ending found me, or rather, a formulation of the ending that I was happy with. There was that sort of sighing feeling that I get when I know, it's done. Even though I had the ending from way back, I didn't yet have the sighing feeling.
Now I feel I can let go. I can post this fic and it can make its own way in the world. There's no point in me holding onto it any longer.
And Tuesday, since lotrps yahoo group days, has been my lucky posting day. ;-)
