Kelly envy

Have developed an insane envy of all Australians who get to see Ned Kelly before the rest of us poor mortals. Will do anything to get in on the act. May go to local Blockbuster's to try and find copy of 1970 Mick Jagger version (hah!) in order to infiltrate kellygangfic community with subversive fic.

In other news, taught myself how to write an html-form, am alternatively excited and shit-nervous about badgermonkey, and am in permanent state of helpless fury about The War.

EDIT: And um, I just slashed Richard Taylor, David Attenborough and an arthropod. girloftheq made me do it!

Meanwhile, we Aussies are enjoying ourselves because for every other sodding movie you lot get it at least two weeks before us (Lord of the Rings, anyone?) so we think this is just Karma. Or something.

Though I also can't wait until the movie gets released overseas and everyone can write pretty bushranger slash. *g*

Well, I had a bunny this morning in the shower, and it was *Sidney Nolan* Kelly-slash. Hah! I read the intro to Kellygangfic and realised, hey, this is just a bunch of Aussie looneys and I could post anything here, they're not going to flame for canon-adherence anytime soon. And heh, as nobody else yet knows this stuff, nobody else is going to flame either.

I feel *freeeee*!

Er. In other news, have noted that you've posted Eric the Potplant 10/10 and will now read the *whole shebang* (which I love doing). *grins in mad anticipation* It's probably too long to print out, though. I need a laser printer.
