Ack! I just found the Remix site. And read the [livejournal.com profile] gabbyhope remix of "Chrome": [livejournal.com profile] cupiscent, how do I feedback this?? I really, really like it! Anonymous person! Hello!! I like it!

Now I'll have to read all the others and start that dreaded *guessing game*.

Change of topic:
There's a song by REM that has as its refrain "low, low, low". That's what I've been feeling since Monday.

Tief, tiefer, am tiefsten. Like the fucking Magellan straits. Hello, blob-eyed fish with lamps for antennae.

*crawls away*

Sorry, you're down. Hopefully it's a temporary glitch in the matrix. I am hoping that the sunshine will give everyone some much needed happy vibes.

So sorry you've been feeling down my dear. Hopefully things look up for you soon.

Just saw this snippet in The Economist's review of Adam Nicolson's new book on the making of the King James Bible. Of course, I thought of you:

"We now know that Laurence Chaderton, a Puritan who translated the “Song of Songs”, may have been moved by memories of the lovely boy he had wished to “embosom” as a student at Cambridge . . ."

I don't know exactly what he meant by "embosom," but it sure sounds slashy to me!

memories of the lovely boy he had wished to “embosom” as a student at Cambridge .

*falls over*

I'm at Cambridge, of course, so that adds all the more frisson! Oh, heyho for embosoming! I'm going to add that to my Interests!

You're at Cambridge? How unfair! No doubt you get to see lovely boys you might wish to embosom on a daily basis. *g*

It's going to be hard to stop using that word. :)

You wait 24 hours and then I post up who wrote 'em and then you can tell 'em how much you liked it.

In the meantime, I will sit here and snigger quietly to myself because I KNOW ALL. Ahem. *g*

Sorry you're down with the pilot fish. I'm somewhere down there too, so wave if you see me.

I've come up somewhat since then; am now up with the salmon and sardines. Hoping you're there, too!

Heh, your icon fits this fishy thread.
