A man wrote to me, saying that of all my stories he enjoyed "Life After Virginity" most! I hardly ever get feedback on that story now but this man said it reminded him of cherished memories of his own! I'm amazed and absurdly proud of my sweetly persistent John and Bern.

I'm still confobulated by the presence of men in fandom but this fb is rather gratifying. *gg*

I just went back and re-read it, it's an incredible story. They're great characters in many senses, and the interplay between them is lovely.

Thank you! Those two were my OTP for a while there. They are so lovely and *mature*. And John: seeing as next to nothing is known about him and one sole picture of him without wig exists on the entire internet, he's just a wonderful tabula rasa. He can be made into anything.

that's very interesting. i have always wondered what gay men think about slash since it's mostly written by women for women. well, your characters and stories are very realistic - i can picture most of what you write happening to anybody - so i am not at all surprised that a man liked it. go you!
