I have a pile of ironing to do. I can't iron and type at the same time. I can watch six feet under and iron though, and it is the only thing worth watching on tv.

Yes, but it will solve nothing. Because I will go all hyperventilatey about 24 and then be left high and dry, gagging for 25. And then the whole merry-go-round will start again.

I should wean myself and do what I did at the beginning: Just hoard every episode and read only once I've amassed about 10 in a row.

I know, of course, that this resolve will last for precisely 0.3 seconds.

Well yes, but i have actually written parts 25 and 26. I've just got to finish 24.

It was that damn 23 that I got stuck on, so I wrote future parts whilst I was waiting to get my head around 23.

i am so with you on this one. i love the series, love it muchly. but the waiting kills me. fota is the main reason i don't read wip's. i can't even wait for christmas to open my presents - i have to sneak into the basement and peel off the wrapping paper and then tape it back up, that's how no patience i am. ARGH!
