i just figured out the pic you mean - i think it is under his bracelet, wrist guard, or whatever ugly thing he is wearing.

can i just say i think that necklace thingy is just plain hideous? i have a feeling they put all this stuff on Orli and let him out just so the great unwashed would be completely off about his costume. it's that pr conspiracy thingy, you know...

*waves arms about in frustration* i don't know what is up with lj these days. sometimes when i post, i'd pic an icon, but my default one would show up. and then when i refresh the page, the icon i picked shows up. *sigh* i don't know how to cure that.

Are you a member of the LJ news user group (whatever it's called - it's on my user profile page)? All is explained there in mindboggling detail. It all has to do with database servers and other things whose names i forget. They're all busy beavering away, doing stuff to lj to speed it up.
