ho ho ho and a bottle of rum
Aug. 26th, 2003 11:24 amThe plan was to write Desert Prince and to write Karl/Dom fic and to cruise SJ (shirk-J).
Instead, I find myself having to go off to Pirates of the Caribbean for a second viewing.
What hardship. (What a hard ship, indeed.)
It is becoming increasingly imperative that I have sex with Johnny Depp some time soon. I can somehow not quite believe that I haven't yet. But I need to get my man-average up. One per decade is just too palling.

Date: 2003-08-26 04:28 am (UTC)*I* want to have sex with you! Not that grumpy bastard.
Ok, he probably wants to, too, but I was here first, dammit!!!

Date: 2003-08-26 09:02 am (UTC)Good, good. This is getting better all the time. Still, as I said to Bill Boyd: nothing like a bit of actual manflesh. Cybersex is good but manflesh is good, too.
Why don't I have a Depp icon? *is puzzled*

Date: 2003-08-26 09:01 am (UTC)Still. Nothing like a manflesh real bonk.
With Johnny Depp.
Dressed up as Jack Sparrow.

Date: 2003-08-26 05:54 am (UTC)My average is high but if you plot it per decade, it suddenly looks less interesting...

*implodes with fantasy possibilities*
All my men happened in the space of 3 years. Thus averaging them out over decades is somewhat misleading. Except t'h who's been there all along.
ah yes.....
Date: 2003-08-26 06:37 am (UTC)My favorite movies of his are "Don Juan De Marco," "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" and "Fear & Loathing In Las Vegas." Be warned, that last one takes a mighty open mind. I hated it on first viewing, was trying to explain why, kept coming up with reasons I loved it & ended up having to see it twice more, and now I own the VHS. And the book. And now Hunter S. Thompson is one of my top 3 favorite authors of all time.
If you want a really bizarre movie night, rent "Ed Wood" and "Dead Man" ;) It's all about the acting in those, and he's incredible.
He hates "21 Jump Street" but he was brilliant in it. I can recommend several Emmy-caliber episodes if anyone's curious. My favorites are "Blinded By The Thousand Points Of Light" (undercover work among teen prostitute runaways), "Swallowed Alive" (undercover work in a juvenile detention facility) and "La Bizca" (Hanson & Penhall go to El Salvador to try to rescue Penhall's deported wife).
Re: ah yes.....
Date: 2003-08-26 09:09 am (UTC)See, I was pondering where I had seen him before Potc. And I could only come up with "Ed Wood" in which he was fucking outstanding. And then
I have never heard of this series you mention. (I spent the 70s in Australia, the 80s in Germany and the 90s in England so may have missed out on much US-lore.)
Now what I need is a Johnny-icon. Preferrably snogging the Commodore.
Re: ah yes.....
Date: 2003-08-26 10:17 am (UTC)21 Jump Street was a US TV show that was about young adult police officers/detectives who were assigned to work undercover in high schools. I got totally hooked on it and have a website for it:
