I seem to be back to the 32 words per post limit. So here goes a chopped-up post:
For over a year now, this has been one of my favourite songs on my favourite-songs-tape. It makes my innards tremble and it *is* the beach scene at the end of When the Cat's Away, where Dominic and Orlando kiss for the first time (and other things). I still remember sitting downstairs at the laptop, 'Chaiyya Chaiyya' at top volume and on a continuous loop, getting up now and again to dance around the room to it, and being very excited because my darling D/O were about to get it on.

Date: 2003-09-26 04:41 pm (UTC)Btw, I don't seem able to do fb in the allotted place but the last MB was lovely. I love the way you continue the slow pacing although the coming-out-to-each-other scene is now over. All too often it's "I love you!" -- They fuck. Your pacing is just *so* realistic! The whole social kerfuffle had me as much on tenterhooks as it did them! All those irritating women. And them not quite knowing what to do about it, now that they've declared their love - the innocence of the age (a corny phrase, I know), the not being familiar with gay porn and even the concept of 'gayness'. It's just yummy.
