sudden day at home

Jenn calls writing obsessively about people in a series "the fever" (which appellation I love). So, just when I was beginning to have The Fever vis-a-vis my rl research in t'reference library (and since Wainthropp-dom I can't call it any other name...), one child develops an actual real fever.

So. I'm at home all day all of a sudden. With poor ill bunny (not the plot kind). Hm. May be an opportunity to catch up on some fb. I have 18 unfb'ed print-outs in my A4 transparent plastic sleeve.

Because natasha1805 was kind enough to post a taster from her mega-epic, I felt compelled to do likewise. Also, because it's difficult to keep it in for so long, *g*.

library withdrawal and pimpage

In other news: I need to pimp demelzagirl's viggorli-fic "A Rush of Blood to the Head". This is a brilliant, wonderful story! It takes a lot to convince me of viggorli, and this is the first fic ever that has dethroned cimorene111's "Tennessee" (viggorli) for me (which is now number 2).

I'm also having library-withdrawal symptoms. Meh.
