my birthday so far

Thank you, badgermonkey!!!! I got a real-life actual present, a tangible thing with wrapping paper and a card and everything! And it's a Hetty Wainthropp novel!! Eeeeeep! (T'h said, open this one first, and I said, hm, in front of the children? But it turned out to be perfectly innocuous except for the manic laughter on my part and the 'she's gone mad' looks on the part of my family...) And thank you also for your txt!!

And thank you, pecos! I know it wasn't intended to be a birthday present but it arrived just in time, and again, with the paper and the card.

I feel touched and loved now.
