brief fly-by
Oct. 31st, 2008 08:27 pmHalf-term:
a) Spent one week supervising teenagers in various configurations (at one point, there were over 20 of them in one London double-decker bus, and a handful of quaking-in-their-boots parents). I am totally exhausted by this (if mentally energised, in a weird way.) The teenagers were half English boys and half French exchange girls.
b) Halloween! T'younger son has taken it unto himself to organise annual halloween parties. After worrying about chauffeuring teenagers all over southern England, a handful of ten-year-olds leaves me entirely unfazed.
c) No nano! *sheds tear*
d) Stalkers from my high-school days have appeared on my facebook. What irritates me: facebook's insistence on the exclusive use of the third person singular for updates. Facebook is totally grammatically challenged!!!
e) Whatever.
