LJ hack scare

zarah5 is back as zarah5v2!!!! Whee!!!

Now, this scares me. Her LJ was hacked into by some nasty piece of shit, so it had to be deleted (as in zarah5) but now that she's back she has lost her entire journal. It's all gone. This shocks me.

Any ideas, anyone, how one can insure oneself against this happening? And how one can back up one's LJ?

I seem to be at a loose end, fandom-wise, at the moment. Is to say: I have no fandom at the moment.
