SRK kisses John Barrowman!!!! on Jonathan Ross

I am so in love.

I just saw Shahrukh Khan on BBC One's 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross' TV show.

Also featuring: John Barrowman!



But god, SRK is a total charmer. I keep wanting to find fault with him but Resistance Is Futile! The man charmed the pants off me. And even J. Ross, king of naffness and bad-taste jokes, quailed in awe and actually preserved some sense of decency and decorum.

Funniest bit: SRK had to go through the full-body scanner at Heathrow, and just afterwards discovered some girls drooling over a print-out which he proceeded to autograph for them. *sigh*

P.S. I so desperately need to see his new movie My Name is Khan, set in San Francisco, co-starring the most beautiful woman in the world (Kajol) whom I just adore on the screen, and directed by cute'n'camp director superstar Karan Johar. And the music... it's out of this world!

ETA Just in!!!!!. What would I do without the ever-vigilant sheldrake? She actually incited me to watch the rest of J.Ross, all the way to the end, and yes, ladies: SRK asks John Barrowman to come over and let himself be kissed.

This is a follow-up to my previous post on Shahrukh Khan on Jonathan's Ross TV show.

Clearly, I was too smitten with SRK actually to watch the show to its end, until prompted to do so by the ever-vigilant sheldrake! Who made my day, omg!!!

What happened:
Earlier on the show, SRK explained how he always has two things written into his filming contracts: he won't ride a horse, and he won't kiss on screen. He'll kiss on TV but he won't kiss on a busy movie set.

Later, John Barrowman appeared and asked to ride the titillation exercise machine that for some reason was also guesting on the show. He rode it and hefted dumb bells.

SRK ran out and said: "Ok, I'm going to do both: ride a horse and kiss you."

And he did!

Here I was, just intent on one half of my obsession to be serviced to the 150 percent mark (Bollywood! Shahrukh Khan! Kajol!) when, out of the blue and from left field, zap, came the slashy manly kiss love. We're not making this stuff up! This stuff exists!

Because I just can't stop. And must share the love with the world. Because, apparently, most of the world cannot actually access the BBC iplayer streaming of the entire show. :-(

Watch the awesomeness that is Shahrukh Khan, who is elegant, witty, post-colonially-aware, handsome, graceful, polite, manly-banterly, and just impossibly charming on youtube. Also: he has the most delicious accent in English I have ever encountered. He is also what in German I would call 'souverän': sovereignly in control.
