Gacked from [livejournal.com profile] cherry_glitter:

If you...
1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?

Japanese and Vietnamese. Unagi-don! Bento! *drools*

2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
Books. But not Borders-type bestsellers piled into stacks but really well-chosen, unusual books for browsing and discovering.

3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
In my dreams? Transcending genre, sort of genlit, a la David Mitchell and Ann-Marie McDonald. In reality? Slash. (Duh.)

4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
Uni and art history. (This is not so much a 'would', is it? Perhaps goes to show how much I actually love my profession. Deep down.)

5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
Issa Bagayogo. A.R. Rahman. World Music but no Latin American.

The noodle slithered, hot, wet and slick, across the book's stiff pages. The book shuddered and arched its back

What have you done to me, woman?
