You know that you're no longer on your way to Hell in a handbasket but that you have, in fact, arrived when you find yourself making an icon to go with your new Fandom That Must Not Be Named.
And I need all the help I can get in struggling with the overwhelming fanon characterisations of this particular individual... *g* (Okay, the chin's not as pointed as it's supposed to be in canon but hey.)
Ah, Mrs Crook, who but you would name their son Mackenzie...

Um. Mackenzie Astin, Sean Astin's brother? Or half-brother, I'm a bit fuzzy on the details.

Date: 2004-04-22 08:55 pm (UTC)And where in canon does it say that Snape is thin?
(no subject)
Date: 2004-04-26 08:58 pm (UTC)But I did get the impression that JK described Snape as thin. Perhaps I'm wrong -- I haven't read them in aeons and I'm far too lazy to trudge downstairs and find the bastards and check. It's just that she's a bit of a one for physical description, isn't she? She certainly described him as greasy (which, incidentally, would fit far better for David Brent than it does for Alan Rickman in the films, who always looks to me as though he washes his hair in Timotei and then spends ages admiring it in the mirror and tries to catch glimpses of himself reflected in windows throughout the day. But that's by the by).
And while we're on the subject of film canon -- I remain convinced that film!Draco is going to be Eminem when he grows up.
