I need an actor: big, broad-shouldered, possibly with a dusting of freckles, ideally with reddish-blond hair, curly on top, short at the sides.

Can anyone think of someone suitable? (It's to fill the shoes of another person in my HP fic. I have *my* Draco, I have *my* Harry, now I need *my* big, broad-shoudered person. He exists in my head but it'd be nice to have him there in pic shape.

Fortunately, my Band of Brothers fandom has many red-headed actors in all shapes and sizes. Your first choice for a big dude would be Michael Cudlitz. He looks blond in most of these pics, but he's more strawberry blond, and freckles can be spotted:

Hm, it's a definite possibility. Though the eyes are a bit too puppy-dog. But the physique is right. Do you know any others? They don't need to have red hair just be sort of big (not tall: big.)

How can a man have eyes that are TOO puppy-dog? :) Let me think some more. So many actors are on the smaller side. Do you have an age range? I think it's easier to find portlier fellows when they're a bit older. ;) A Tony Soprano, say.

Yes, the older man! No, this one needs to be 19. :-( I think the problem is that movie stars tend to be buff except for John Goodman and Danny De Vito (who's too short) so the selection is not as large. One has to start scouring the extras or, I think, just sit in a cafe and watch the real world go by... Perhaps I should lurk around high-school gates.
