I'm thrilled you're back on LJ and am watching your cleaning progression with interest. I hate cleaning.

I hate cleaning. I loathe it. It bores me out of this world. I never do any and then I feel bad and the house is a pit and I hate that, too.

Now, some of the above needs to be put in the simple past tense! Because, hah, for a week now I have been a cleaning dervish! I have POLISHED MY SINK something fierce! Today I fucking dusted the car's dashboard, including the cavities between indicator and that thing which joins the indicator to the steering wheel. (111111)

And as I type (as I type), the children's lunchboxes sit on the kitchen counter, smug and ready for tomorrow, and my son's swimming gear sits next to the door, ready for tomorrow, and the kitchen is so tidy that the cleaner who came today got through mounds of ironing because there was nothing for her to clean!

*falls over*
