Oh, peeps, I feel overworked and overwhelmed. (Whoops, I just almost spelled that overwhorked and that seems very close to overwhored. IF ONLY...!!!)

Plus I have a snotty stuffy headcold. YUK. I am plying myself with echinacea, hot lemon, lemsip, strepsils and noodle soup. Bugger this. And my mind is a BLANK when it comes to my paper, and I'm flying next week, and I've got chock-a-block-full days of teaching since then and *would bang head on keyboard if weren't so frozen with panic*

Why, oh why, did I agree to teach effing four modules? Well, I know why, because a mood of worry prevails at the institution and we have to fill in timesheets. But never again. I have resolved not to let my academic integrity be intimidated by timesheets. Nobody can keep up their research nor even keep up-to-date on the subjects they're teaching if they're doing four modules.

When, oh when, will my LiveJournal become less of a bore again? Maybe I should just stand in the kitchen for ten minutes and make very boring tea. And perhaps endure a sex change and go cavorting with Orli.
