any HP canon freaks out there?

lazlet, my HP canon watchdog, doesn't seem to be online, so I'm asking urgently, is there anyone else out there who knows their HP canon ('cos I sure the heck don't) and who can answer this urgent question??

How much does Draco know about Harry's living arrangements outside of Hogwarts? He knows he lives with Muggles, doesn''t he, because doesn't he at one time taunt Harry about that? But does he know that these Muggles are Harry's aunt and uncle, and does he know that Harry has a cousin? Is this perhaps general knowledge so that Draco would know it because everyone knows it?

Well, EVERYONE in the magical, mystery tour world know that Harry's parents are dead as Voldemort killed 'em ded, so Draco must know that he lives with extended family. As for the cousin bit, well, I don't see how most people, who are not close to Harry, would know about Dudders. Unless he overheard something at some time? No clue, really.

Okay, how about this for a thesis:

Since Draco's father is in the Ministry and they know damn well everything, wouldn't he know? And since he's such an ass, would he not smugly bring the matter up again and again to his wife and son as another reason why Potter is so beneath the Malfoy family, giving Draco yet another reason to hate the boy? Not only was Potter's mother a muggle, but Potter is living with that kind even now! What a joke.

Am here now! I am not sure Draco would know much about Harry's homelife than that he does indeed live with muggles. As far as I can remember, JKR doesn't mention anything about it in canon.

I thought as much. I thought that Draco knows he lived with Muggles (knows enough to make him sneer and taunt, at any rate) but not the nitty gritty details.

hee... when looking, i came across harry's first thought about draco: Harry was reminded powerfully of Dudley. :)

ok, here's my evidence for thinking draco knows harry lives with muggles:

upon learning that harry is harry, draco says, You'll soon find our that some wizarding families are much better than others, Potter.

this implies that draco knows that harry is entering the wizard world for the first time. however, i cannot recall any moment in which draco is involved in any discussion of exactly who harry lives with. and i feel quite certain there's been no mention of dudley in his presence in canon.
