Over the counter at Boots, Tesco's .. there are some things you shouldn't take it with (see http://www.besttreatments.co.uk/btuk/conditions/1678.html for a good overview) but I've found it helpful, though it takes a couple of weeks to have any effect.

Oh, I'm sorry. Me too. I just don't want to talk to anyone, do anything, make any decisions, while my real black dog - Sasha- seems bored and out of sorts today, too. But he's probably taking his cue from me. Too bad he can't chase away the imaginary black dog!

Oh, these are very cheering! You are so sweet! You know, after having viewed your pics of plants in pots, I went to the garden centre on the weekend and bought loads of plants! Two shrubs and some annuals and a strawberry plant and two perennials! And some I have put in pots! Thank you!
