Hi everyone. I haven't posted or read much but I am very fond of you all. I'm not online much these days. I seem to be too busy being happy and going about my busy plans of writing my book and preparing my teaching and practising my new assertion skills.

It is, actually, come to think of it! Well spotted! I think part of being assertive involves knowing what you want which involves being truthful about self -- which is sometimes I find very difficult. I am practising so as not to subside into the old ways!

oh no! <a href='http://www.marthastewart.com/">martha stewart</a> is evil! she has a tv show where she teaches people to make paper from scratch and raise your own organic chickens and make rags from your clothes so you can wash your own windows with the rags, an old tin bucket, water, and some lemon juice. but! she herself has/had a staff of 23 to do everything for her. yeah, that sort ... she also recently went to jail for insider trading.
