So no one else is shocked that there is a rumour going round about how there will be no Dudley in the new Harry Potter film??!!!?

Am I the only one? How can this be?? This is a vast fandom! There ought to be outrage!

*flails catatonically*

Note to self:
Two things I want to post about next (lest I forget):
a) Bakhtin and exotopy and slash
b) how writing short fics is different from writing a really long one (short story vs novel)

I read it in Empire magazine and could of course be completely wrong. But one of these people who actually follows the potterverse will likely know more then me.

Oh, you know those potterverse people do not care about Dudley. It's all ooh, Snape, ooh, Harry, ooh, Malfoy Rod Sirius.
