omg, talk about teh hot. And this is a tig! In a COMMENT!

I am talking about [livejournal.com profile] ceciliaregent's stunning little ficlet in response [livejournal.com profile] helenish's droolworthy SGA musings.

What is it about? Wraith want to rape John Sheppard.

Why is it good? Perfect timing. Stunning syntax. Also: teh hard.

I do appear to be mildly obsessed with SGA fic. I'm even reading it at work, which is extremely risky because I work in an an open plan office and I sit between two nosy people, and therefore this is not something I do, like, at all, ever. I blame you. :)

Have you ever even seen the show of SGA? I haven't.

What is a good SGA fic that you can rec and that I haven't read??

I used to devour fic at work, it was terribly frightening. But now I am paranoid; my institution is too corrupt and I log out of my email every night, I clear my History, I never type in 'Lobelia' so that rules out LJ and my Lobelia-email accounts. I have taken in print-outs of SGA fic! *g*

I have now seen approximately THREE episodes. I think you've probably read all the SGA fic that I have, but I'm thinking of doing a big recs post soon anyway.

I have taken in print-outs

I've done that! I don't have access to the Internet on my work computer, so I tend to download entire web pages or copy fic into Word and save them on my little USB flash drive thingy.

It's one of those things you stick in your USB port and you can save stuff to it - variously called a key, pen, removable disk. And they come in various sizes, mine's 128mb. You can get them anywhere - I think they even do them in Tesco's - they're not terribly expensive. Don't know anything about Macs, obviously, but I know they're not always immediately compatible with PCs running older operating systems - but it should just mean you have to install a driver.

Oh buggy-pooh. I know those. My operating system is too old and decrepit: I am not compatible!!!
