The cars are covered in frost on the shadowed side of the road but only the windscreens, the side windows are clear. The sun feels hot on the skin. The daffodils are just unfurling, you can see their yellow insides.

The sky is colouring-box blue with white clouds on it. The clouds are shaped like jigsaw pieces. Overhead, a plane drones past rumblingly. The air is otherwise rather quiet.

Who do you think are the likeliest pairings? Tintin/??

Tintin/Snowy. :) Only joking! It has been so long since I read any Tintin that I can't think of any other characters than the Captain and the Thompson Twins (?).

I'm pretty confident that there will be Tintin slash somewhere on the internet. :)

tintin!! and your clean skin in the morning. why is skin so much more skin-esque in the mornings?

tintin + snowy is the only pairing i will compass. although obviously captain haddock would be the OTP. i myself always had a thing for professor calculus.

I own a few Tintin adult parody comics that have nudity in them, but I doubt anyone has ever bothered to write Tintin slash. There's just no interest.

i read all the tintin comics when i was little in english, and was very amused when i was in hong kong to see that they were translated into chinese there ... it's originally austrian? german? french?

Hergé, the creator of Tintin, was Belgian. The comics are in French, originally. Snowy is called Milou. Tintin is pronounced Tahtah, as in nasally, like 'vin' for wine. I read them as a child in German!

Tintin/Chang? So much love between them. I can't forget how Tintin cried when he thought Chang was dead, and then it was just the Yeti who hid him. :-D

Totally! Tinting/Chang is so totally it! I completely and utterly agree, and Chang was the first person I thought of.
