weather watercolour

lobelia321The clouds look as if painted by watercolour: with hazy edges, done in blurred grey and white washes. There was a tear in the cloud cover earlier, not deep enough to admit any sunlight but just thinning the clouds enough so that I could see brilliant radiance.
A bird is silhouetted in black against the watercolour sky. The sky is moving slowly from deep right to front left.
A white car pulls into the carpark behind our garden.
