Are there any good Carson Beckett fics out there? I haven't really read any besides isiscolos wonderful Clarke's Law (the HP cross over, yum) but that is more Beckett-centred than Beckett slash.

And at the moment, I would really like to read some Beckett slash. Any recs, anybody?? Self-pimps, even?

kylielee1000 has written some very good Beckett slash, some of which I rec. Her page is at http://www.kyliefic.com/ and of her Beckett stories, I really liked I have no words / my voice is in my sword, which is Beckett/Sheppard. She also has a nifty series of Beckett/Halling, totally no canonical basis but a nice series.

Moments Sacred and Profane (http://www.squidge.org/mice/)
Rodney/Carson, tries to stick to canon. Her other SGA stories are good, too, especially "Long, Strange Trip" and "Red Lion Rampant."

Using Occam's Razor to Skin Schrödinger's Cat Series (http://sajinn.com/sgamain.html), about halfway down the page. Novel length and novel good, John/Carson, John/Rodney, Rodney/Carson, and Rodney/Carson/John, but it all makes sense and it's a damn good sci fi story as well. One of my favorites.

I second Zortified/Gila's stories (http://gila.fakingsanity.net/), especially "Alone In Your Mind" and its sequel. Starts out John/Rodney but ends up John/Rodney/Carson. (There's more threesome stuff out there for Carson than anything else, it seems.)

Wraithbait (http://www.wraithbait.com) archive has a pretty decent search engine; I highly recommend "Threshholds" (C/OF, C/R) and "White" (kinda pre-slash if you squint hard but damn good) by Miso-no-Tsuki, and "Shadowlands" (C/R) by Misty4me. But there's enough stuff there you can do a search for whatever pairing you want to see and prowl about for a while.

Thank you so much for these! Hm, your username looks familiar, someone mentioned you to me just a few days ago but I can't for the life of me remember who. *waves*

I had a look at Wraithbait but most of my favourite authors were missing from their listing so I figured that maybe they didn't share my taste in writing...? But I will give it a burl.

Also, on the subject of recs, do you know any April Binham fic???
