PEDW but not nearly boring enough

My back hurts. I am in pain and hobble about the house. This is making me miserable. I can't lift things. It takes me ages to put on socks and shoes because I can't bend. Now and again, shoots of pain go up my back. It's my lower back, the patch just above the coccyx.

Bright spot: within the space of 24 hours, I met up with the real-live-flesh freyafloyd, lazlet, sheldrake, birdgerhl and sophrosyne31. Two of them, Cordelia and Soph, I met for the very first time!

When I am in less misery, I shall get back to posting fic and writing exercises and whatnot. Let us hope very fervently that this is before Tuesday because from Tues pm I will be in Germany until Sunday late and if my back is still wrecked by then, this will be very bad because how will I survive the trip? But PEDW will be over by then, :-(

It was great! I really liked it, the combo of people, too. My back (as you will know from more recent post) is fucked. If you could beam thoughts to get better at it...?

lobe it was such a pleasure to meet you! i was giddy with it. hope we can natter again and i shall ruthlessly pillage you for naughty narratology and stuff.

i hope the back is better tomorrow. you obviously need a minion to tote bags for you etc. shall arrange all when i am queen of the universe.

i offer you the thought that today i saw a teeshirt that said 'WHO THE FUCK IS HARRY POTTER' and i thought of birdgerhl, but it wasn't her colour.
