end of my painful day

I will now hobble to bed.

It has been a mixed day. Part hell and part tremendous and unadulterated fun. I posted two fics. Two! This is after a drought of almost a year and a half. One of these fics I revised, and the other one, the writing experiment one, I wrote from scratch.

I love these writing experiments! And (*waves at sheldrake) look, they can be wilily torqued into actual fics or pretend!fics or whatever, at any rate, into something with something resembling 'plot'. Or at least 'arc'.

The fic thing was good, actually; it helped me keep occupied and take my mind off t'pain.

My back got better in the afternoon but in the evening it got very bad again. I took more drugs and needed to sway all the time, and I also felt really, really tired. Now I will go to bed and hope for the best. I am putting tablets next to the bed and taking a hottie in there with me and tomorrow I will ring the osteopath and hope I get an appointment before I fly to Germany. I really don't feel well; my guts have now seized up, too, and got all bloated. :-(


But: fic! See, everyone? It can be done! There is hope for us all! *looks hopefully at peope who know who they are*

Once again, everything is tabbed and waiting. Am feeling a bit flaily today, and unable to keep up with anything. How, for instance, is one supposed to deal with stuff like bill-paying and loan-deferment and amending standing orders, when there is fic to read? Something should be done about it!! I meant to post the rest of my writing exercise responses today, but time got away from me. Haven't even done PEDW yet!

I really hope your back improves soon.
