Two, that I know of and that are listed at BTF. 'Addiction' by Brenda and 'Photograph' by Wendy. Both are up and beyond NC-17.

Oh, I wish, I wish. I'm pretty sure that there aren't any, though... unless you count the gigantic cast photo in which Dom's standing sort of behind and to the side of both Billy and Karl. Beside that, I'm almost positive that there isn't any... erm, photographic evidence. *chuckles*
