Australia played fantastically! But they just didn't make the most of those goal chances! I *wish* they'd got a goal. But (*whispers*) I also love Brazil, so it's okay. Anyway, no shame in losing against Brazil. I love them all: Ronaldinho, Ze Roberto, Juan (Juan is so cute!), Robinho (Robinho is teh sex!), and even Ronaldo, and Kaká is just guh.

Yes I wish they would have gotten a goal, it would have been fabulous. So many close calls.

But yes, Brazil, has been a love of mine since I was 9 years old and Pele was my god :D

omg, that long??! *is impressed* I always go for an African team. I was imprinted with Cameroon in 1990. But they didn't qualify, *sobs*. But I have a handful of love-objects this World Cup: Brazil, Australia, Ghana, Portugal (Cristiano Ronaldo! oh, teh cute!).

I added World Cup 2006 only a few days ago, *g*.

Well, I'm almost 29 and I started playing young. (Back when there were no such things as "girls only" teams. We helped create them and I'm still kinda iffy on that one...I think playing with the guys made us so much tougher) Oh I love Cameroon too :) I went to a soccer camp when I was younger and two of the hot young coaches were from Cameroon. CAMEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOON! hehe. I'm fond of T&T also. Ghana has caught my eye this time around and Portugal is just...well you said it ;)

Heh, 29? I'm 43. And I, too, played soccer for my school which was an all-girls' school. But then I got more interested in watching the pretty and manly on TV and morphed into a screen-potato, alas. And you were coached by Cameroonians: whoa!!!

Yeah, my brothers and I try to run around and play pickup with our old traveling teammates, but most of them don't seem to have the heart anymore :( I love soccer, though. Oh and the pretty and the manly is worth the sitting, I must say!
