I am absurd. I am now surfing gay sites for droolpics of Kaká.

Well, this comes from not finding my obsession mirrored on LJ! I am used to finding my obsessions mirrored on LJ! Orli! Dom! Draco! Rodney! Radek! All mirrored and magnified by the happy land that is fandom!

But football? My Flist is strangely bereft, except for the odd fly-by fellow-footballerix and the okay football_slash comm. Have I picked the wrong Friends??? *wails* I am having to go outside the Flist (*shock, horror*) to find likeminded obsessives. Luckily, the world is full of about 58 million of them so that's some compensation.

omg, the hair thing! This hadn't occurred to me; I was transfixed by the tattoo and by the thigh and by the aw-isn't it sweet, Kaká is cradling Ronaldo's leg'ness of it all.

No idea if footballers shave their legs. I shall inspect close-up footage closely in the future!

Ack. Figo? I like Figo but not obsessively. And -- strange as it seems -- this is the first time I'm actually writing the boys. Previously I just watched the games! But never before did I cathect and image-google and have feverish fantasies and stare at vids... My brain, oh my brain! That, plus the general excitement that is out there as it is. I will be a wreck after 9 July.
