lobelia321I woke up this morning with a ready-written Wayne Rooney/Cristiano Ronaldo fic in my head.

badgermonkey's anti-Ronaldo raging. And by journalfen users' comments on footballing hate!sex.
And by just me. *g* Those of you who've known me for a while will not be surprised, I suspect. :-D
The final straw that toppled my Rooney-resistance was that it suddenly occurred to me that writing Rooney may prove to be helpful in writing Dudley in my HP opus. Because I've been concerned that my Dudley was getting to be too nice and out of character. So my first thought was: "Yes, Rooney hate!fic." But my second thought was: "No! Rooney-pov fic!"
So. I will jump over my own shadow and I will be Wayne Rooney.
It's not as if I haven't done this before. I've written Viggo Mortensen, after all... *winks*
