PICS: C.Ronaldo/Merche Romero
Jul. 17th, 2006 11:53 pmThese I found at Soccergirlz. I hadn't seen all of them before and am posting them here for my own reference as much as for your delectation! *g*
I think these date from June this year. He is 21 and she is 30. I am, of course, MarySueishly pleased that he likes older women. Hoho. Ah, but how it reminds me of the affair I had when at the tender age of 28 I bedded a 22-year-old... Well, the age difference seemed a lot at the same time. Funny, how time shrinks time. :-)

Date: 2006-07-18 09:52 am (UTC)Mould it. Build up the ego. (Those 21-year-olds are insecurity personified; they may look like Greek gods but inside they feel like pimply 13-year-olds. Well, that's my take, anyway. *ggg*) Enjoy the phenomenal re-load intervals (or whatever they're called, hoho).

Date: 2006-07-18 12:34 am (UTC)Heheheh. I squeeeed when I learned her age...giggled "You GO, girl!"
Oy...at that age, those boys are like the Energizer bunny...my last toyboy was 23, 15 yrs younger than me *sighs*
OMG that last pic is not good for my blood pressure.

Date: 2006-07-18 09:58 am (UTC)Oh, and you had a toyboy 15 years younger than yourself?? There's hope for us all, then!! *looks forward to her arm-candy toting dotage*

Date: 2006-07-18 02:12 pm (UTC)I love younger men, LOL. They are so slutty.
You kidding me? Boys in their early twenties are fascinated with experienced women. I'm 38, and since my divorce four years ago, I haven't had any man over 30, their ages ranging from 19 to 28.
WOOF!

Date: 2006-07-18 09:38 pm (UTC)Yes! WOOF!
Hm, where is my shamelessly Marysueish old hag Lobelia icon? whoops, instead I have to use Kaká -- ah, now there's a nice upstanding young man.

Date: 2006-07-18 11:10 pm (UTC)*snort* the weird thing is...sometimes stuff I have written comes true. It's so Twilight Zone!
Gorgeous Bengali boy sounds good *grins* LOL I'll add you to the 18+list then ;-) not much happening now but I am such an exhibitionist and write it all down in detail.
*sigh* I so love that pic of Kaká...so pretty *pets icon*

Also, aren't you in Holland? My parents live there. They're not Dutch, though.

Date: 2006-07-19 01:01 pm (UTC)See, I write down my experiences with the hot twenty yr olds. For myself, but if my friends want to read, they are welcome ;-)
But lately, since my Norwegian toyboy went back to Norway, there's not much action. I'm flirting with a 21 yr old who is scared of me, LOL
Oh I agree totally, I wouldn't trade with a 20 yr old girl for anything! And the confidence makes us feel and look good.
And I also believe you're right about Cristiano. These boys are boy and man at the same time, and the man knows his profession, but the boy is insecure. Girls his own age don't take the lead like older, experienced women do. With an older woman, he can be the boy and not be rejected.

Date: 2006-07-19 03:56 pm (UTC)Oh, I just adore rps! You know, I've been out of rps for close on 3 years and I am now realising truly what I love about it. Because these character speculations, they just *kill* me. You can't do that with a Draco or a Rodney (much as I love them) because they already have so much character written for them by writers of varying degrees of quality. But Cristiano! He is real! He is a real 21-year-old! And we can make up our own characterisations! (There's a sequitur in there somewhere.) I just love that characterisation you just gave of him.
But are you Dutch? Aren't you Swedish?
Also, I love your line the man knows his profession. I'm still pondering that one. he sort of does but sort of not. And is football a 'profession'? You have talent and skill, and you need to train, but what do you need to learn? Self-control? The name of the game? Well, even the oldsters don't necessarily manage that. I'm sure the being able to play football so beautifully and put in that crucial penalty gives you heaps of self-confidence of a certain type.
Oh, bollocks, I'm dressing this up as psycho-babble; all I'm really doing is drooling here and engaging in the most blatant Mary Sue'ism, haha. Ah, there's no Mary Sue like the rps Mary Sue.. .

Date: 2006-07-19 11:04 pm (UTC)Plus there is always the canon or non-canon thing. Though I do enjoy giving a well loved character (like Aragorn) a darker streak. Everyone has their secrets and dark desires ;-)
About the man and profession line...what I mean is, in general, the man knows what he does or wants to do, professionally. He's working, or studying, even if he is still not sure what he wants, he is finding his way in the world of grown-ups.
But at that age, early twenties, the boy inside is searching for recognition, needing sexual attention, and he is insecure.
He's too old to crawl into mommy's arms.
So, enter the woman between 35-40 something, who is in her sexual peak, the woman who is in tune with her sexuality and has a great time exploring it. Who is patient with him, who'll cuddle him when he needs it, and whose sexual liberation is exactly what he yearns for.
Even if it's only for sex, it's a match made in heaven.
*facepalm* I know, I know, psycho babble.
And is football a 'profession'?
I think it has become one, more and more in our days. Professional athletes, right? They earn their income with what their sport, they don't need a job on the side. Maybe my view is too simple :/ LOL
Yes, I am Swedish. My mom is from Sweden, and my dad from Indonesia, and we all live here in Holland.

Date: 2006-07-20 02:13 pm (UTC)Bring on the psycho babble. 'tis all canon. And I see what you mean about the profession: because men are also very ambitious and work-driven; and when you see the pretty boy's expression as he prepares to put in penalties or whatnots, he is totally intense and focused. So yes: the disparities! And yes, those footballing boys, they totally know what they want to be when they grow up.
He's too old to crawl into mommy's arms.
This is why that pic of CR17 leaning against his mother's lap was so very, very cute! You know, the one that was part of that post that I rps angsted over. I don't know if she was his mother but who else would offer their middle-aged lap for lounging?? My little heart went all badoomph and MaryMamma'ish because, being t'mother of two sons myself, I just love it when Boys Love Their Mamas. And especially knowing that his dad is now dead... *is absurdly moved* That boy is taking over my brain with his cuteness, sockness and tearfulness.
Plus there is always the canon or non-canon thing. Though I do enjoy giving a well loved character (like Aragorn) a darker streak. Everyone has their secrets and dark desires ;
Oh yes, fps has its own interstices. I have been thinking about the differences quite a bit recently, rps vs fps. One of these days I may get enough energy up to make a post about it...
The part where he wonders if girls don't understand that blokes need sex. It's a complaint I hear from so many of these boys.
I knew it! I just knew it! And especially 20-year-old girls: they know nothing. Ah, it's great to wallow in the smugness of middle-age... *snorfles*

Date: 2006-07-21 01:14 am (UTC)I guess it's 'easier' for boys to persue their dreams than for girls. Boys are encouraged more, even in this day and age.
This is why that pic of CR17 leaning against his mother's lap was so very, very cute!
Yes, love that pic! It also proves he is still such a little boy inside *melts* about his dad, when he sends those kisses to heaven on the pitch, he breaks my heart. Such a personal and intimate thing to do, before the eyes of the world.
And especially 20-year-old girls: they know nothing.
And even if they do know, they don't have the confidence a mature woman has, nor the appreciation for the male's lovely bod.
Plus, we know what buttons to push, heheheh.

Heheheh, indeed.
Well, will have to live vicariously. I mean, the one time I did have a 'younger man', I was totally young myself!

Date: 2006-07-19 03:51 pm (UTC)My parents live in Heiloo. They are German. As am I. But I live in England. We are diasporic. Except for my sister and brother; they live in Germany. Oh, and my Australian sister-in-law also lives in Amsterdam!
I could visit! We could go to see a match in Alkmaar together! Or we could see Ajax!
omg, the possibilities within football fandom... Didn't popslashers use to go to concerts together? We could all go, dressed up in our favourite OC's shirt (preferably a kind of double shirting, to make it OTP) and drool.
*head is now reeling*

Date: 2006-07-19 10:33 pm (UTC)I know where Heiloo is. That part of the Netherlands is very nice, I like that coastal region. Yeah, we could go see AZ but Ajax are 'my' guys, ever since I was three years old, amazing isn't it...
LOl I would sooooo drool over Markus Rosenberg. He's gorgeous. Plus he's very cuddly with the rest of the boys ;-)

Hm, Sardinia looks nice and warm for April. Must remember that. (It's good to get one's holiday travel tips from LJ... *g*)

Date: 2006-07-18 05:29 pm (UTC)Maybe I'm too young for him then? Only 28. ;) But I just don't like that tatoo on her lower back. In German you call that kind of tattoo 'Arschgeweih' (ass antlers) which so mayn girls have it's not even funny anymore. But to each his/her own, I say. :)
And what he went to Sardinia with Merche while the rest of the United boys went playing with eachother? I mean, Paint-balling. Damn! There goes a mighty fine plot bunny I could've bugged
