Hi, folks. Just to let you know I'm alive. And struggling.

Job stress is too tedious and awful to go into but it is absolutely terrible. It doesn't look, though, as if they can make me redundant -- at least not imminently. There are various illegalities involved. They can, however, work me to death, it seems; at least, the union is rather spineless on this point. And they are just simply dreadful.

I escaped into gamelan tonight. Yesterday I was mentally so exhausted I fell into bed at 9.30. LJ is on the backburner these days.

Thank you. I try. My arms are gibbons' arms what with all the hanging on in there.

That sounds really like a nightmare. *huggles you* And I don't have the first clue what to say to help so I won't even try. Bloody assholes though!

Not that I was able to do anything but yes. I'm feeling with you. *thinks about going to England and kicking the meanies...and possibly going to Manchester and hunting down Cristiano...* ;)

"Fuck you," gasped Wayne and punched Ronny hard, on the nose.

Then there was nothing.

No sound. No action. Just a quiet thump, and a supine Ronny, flat out in the dust.

"Um," said Wayne.

"---", said the supine figure.

"Ronny?" said Wayne.

"--".

"Ron?"

"--"

"Shit."

Wayne thought hard and, after a minute's hard thought (and thought in itself was always very hard for Wayne), he dredged up a shred of memory: mouth-to-mouth resuscitation lessons, boyscouts, primary school.

"Shit," he said again and took a deep breath.

I see some vertical lines (and I suspect they are supposed to be something else...) but thank you for them, all the same! *embraces the vertical lines* :-)

As I said above, gamelan is unhectic and restorative but it also requires enough concentration while I'm doing it so that I don't think about anything else -- which is just what I need.

Gamelan is fabulous. It takes enough concentration to make me think about nothing else while I am doing it, but it is also meditative and unhectic.

hello, love. ah, and everyone says i'm wrong for trying to avoid an honest day of work. i've seen too many good people get taken advantaged of, without any future guarantee that their position will be there.

hopefully, those people who invoke such evil get shot.
