Do people still chat? And how do they do it? AOL AIM? Livejournal Jabber talk?

Suddenly, I feel the need for one2one instant communication on matters SGA.

It seems like most of the people I chat with online use Yahoo chat or AIM. I'm a Trillian user, so I have Yahoo, AIM and MSN on at all times.

Whenever I log onto Jabber, I never seen anyone else online.

When I tried to log onto Jabber, I got something called LJ talk which inadvertently made a phone call for me and billed me for it</i?. I was incensed.

I'm a trillian user as well.

AIM is the most popular in my group of friends, but I have people I chat with on AIM, Yahoo, Jabber (both LJ Talk and GTalk), MSN and IRC. (I have ICQ too, but I can't remember the last time someone else I knew used it.)
