real life achievements

lobelia321• Finished chapter 17 of orig!thriller.
• Finished catalogue text and sent off!
• Assembled a Billy. One down, two to go.
Oh yes: Went to Ikea on Saturday with t'youngest, hence the Billies. Bookcases, in case you've never been to Ikea. (But does such a person exist? A Person Who Has Never Been to Ikea?)
I love Ikea. We spent ten hours away. It was intense. I spent way too much but all on really nice things.
Real life is weird. It's good to have a life but one thing is, that if you have a life, you dont' have a LifeJournal. Or at least I find, that as the life-balance goes up, the LJ balance goes down. I'm just so damn busy all the time! Because once I stopped escaping my life into LJ, I actually found that I had to do stuff in that life, stuff that keeps me busy. But LJ takes up a lot of time as well! I find that just dipping in every now and again is just not the same. I have no clue what my Freinds are up to, what the fandom fashions are, the memes, the kerfuffles, the latest icon rage, the newest OTP, and I think that SGA is back on air but I'm not even quite sure...
Also, life without orgasms? Non-slashy.
