There is a mouse on the carpet.

Now I must tidy up (I feel so listless and un-motivated to do so!) and then watch Legally Blonde. I feel vegetative.

Ah yes, this sort of situation. My cat fortunately or unfortunately thinks that mice are the best toys EVER and very carefully doesn't kill them on purpose.

Instead she'll run around all over the flat with the mouse dangling from her jaws while searching for the best place to drop it for maximum re-hunting fun.

This is usually inside my purse or in my shoes.

The other day, t'h and the cat hunted the mouse together. It was like David Attenborough! They worked in consort!!
