For everyone who's been wondering where childeproof has got to: she's alive and well and emailed me about how she's having her kitchen refitted and decided to leave LJ for reasons of combatting procrastination and in order to pursue her rl writing plans. Which she has been doing!

I'm so happy that she's well. I've been missing her.

In other news, I am very tired because Mon and Tues are my two days of really heavy teaching, incl. the M.A. until 8 pm last night, so I apologise for not having replied to any kind commenters on my last post. Let me recover with some pea soup and 8 hours of sleep... :-)

Same here. Dreadful, really. With LJ, I feel that I've progressed now from the excitement of first romance and wild fling to the tedious familiarity, bickerishness and comfortable hanging-out-in-your-PJs-with-holes-in-them of married life.
