Oh yes, you must! I seem to have rather a lot on for the next couple of weeks, but I've got a week off work next month beginning Monday 10th August. Both weekends either side are out, but I could do any of the weekdays, if they're any good? If not, assorted weekends after that, plus various Mondays or Tuesdays, depending on the week. The weekend of the 22nd August I could do, plus both the following Monday and Tuesday? When would be good for you?
In Holland this weekend. Going to France next weekend; back circa 19 August. Then going to Austria on Monday 24 August; back a week later.

Ah, such busy bees we are! Let's be sensible and aim for a Monday or Tuesday in September (the Mondays and Tuesdays alternate, starting with a free Tuesday on Sept. 8th). I don't seem to have anything major looming in September, so this seems hopeful! Well, except for the first ever Ipswich Gay Pride on the 13th, but that's a Sunday. Can't miss that, obviously! ;)
My teaching starts again Mon 21 Sept and then I teach every Mon and Tues, and on Tues 8 Sept I have a 'faculty day' (o glee) but Mon 14 Sept I have nothing on!! Would that be a poss? Ipswich Gay Pride, wow. Should I be tempted?

Yes, you did mention it and I'm very intrigued!! I sort of flirt with the idea of doing one every now and then, so I'm looking forward to hearing how you get on!
I sort of have reached a point where I don't care if the Arvon course gets me writing or published or whatnot but just want to have fun! What a great thing: to bugger off in the middle of the teaching semester and just sit around all day, writing!!
