3028 words! Who'd have thought it? *marvels*

I'm of course behind. As one has to write the magic 1667 every day if one wants to trot along. So I should be at 5002.

But I'm not aiming for manic output this year just putting in the time. And if you put in the time, sometimes you get a bonus of words!

Amazing.

Excellent!

Well, I've written a grand 693 words... of slashy Beatrix Potter vampire crackfic. I have already managed to draft in some of the most obscure characters from canon, such as Doctor Maggoty, surely the least competent medical professional in the Lake District. This is the fic that's going to make me a BNF at last.

omg, you're doing the Weird and the Rare (Doctor Maggoty???? omg, imagegoogles)

Omg, I just imagegoogled, and there is NO IMAGE of Dr M on the interwebs! You are now officially Queen of Rare.

Also, vampires? How obvious is that? What with those rabbit teeth. It's practically canon. (Huh. And here I thought you were employing your imagination. *tosses hair disdainfully*)

Also, once you're BNF I get to post dissy wanks about you on metawank, right? So, get crackin'!

693 words is Good. These are Good Words.

Doctor Magotty appears only in The Tale of The Pie and the Patty Pan.

Also, once you're BNF I get to post dissy wanks about you on metawank, right? So, get crackin'!

Oh yes, that would be fun! :)

I don't know why these vampires keep turning up in my stuff, they're such pests.

they're such pests

The pest control officer stalked through the undergrowth. He was wearing his night goggles and had his blood detector turned to 'high'.

There! A vampire!

He crouched down and peered through his magnifying glass. No doubt about it; it was definitely winged and fanged.

He aimed the aerosol can at it and sprayed the vermin into oblivion.

P.S. This is something i wrote during nano. It definitely counts. I am pasting it into my nano document now!

Hah. Do you think LJ posts count? Even if it's just chatting with you? Are you not a fictional figment and every chat with you a piece of NANO FICTION?
