Do you remember that I got my LJ invite from you, back in 2003? I think I was commenting anonymously on your lotrips fic and we got talking. It doesn't actually seem so long ago, but the yahoo mailing lists I read LOTR slash on before LJ do :) Crazy!

omg, a very dim memory knocks against the surface of my brain... !!! We talked! We probably, um, emailed...!! There was something to that, though. You could get to know a person privately really well. And chats! I haven't chatted in years! *smooches you to bits* Yahoo mailing lists were my entire life, and when I look back through dates, I was on them for only about three months before LJ kicked in.
