Eeek, the hubster saw me reading my Karl/Dom epic (in preparation for getting it ready to send for beta) and shrieked, "O my god, that's novel length!" He yanked the ring binder from my hands and is now perusing it on the downstairs sofa.

But I wouldn't say no to a good zine. Or a good novel-length story. Your Karl/Dom *does* sound promising. ;)

Well, hubster discarded after a page or so, "too slashy". And now that I'm reading the whole thing through, I am dissatisfied; it doesn't hang together, I don't like the early bits that I wrote months ago when the plot still hadn't been fully formed, I think I'll have to rewrite all the early chapters. Bum.

Oh, I *do* feel the need! I hide nearly everything! But every now and again I feel reckless and leave something out. He likes some things, the not-too-slashy things but is bamboozled by the excessive man-on-man action... Anyway, he gets to glimpse only tip of iceberg. Which is partly good (good to have a secret life) and partly bad (not good to have *too* much of a split-off life).
