off on hols

I'm off to Zakynthos, Ionian island, on Tuesday. I may not have the chance to come online again before I leave, so in case I don't: see you upon my return in 9 days' time, everybody!

Apart from that: last year, I started writing an AU, provisionally called The Desert Prince . I am pondering its continuation now. Perhaps Greece may be of some inspiration... Actually, I need no inspiration. The whole AU is based on a dream I had at the age of 16.

The other day I re-read ukcalico's Subversion , and godfuckdammit, it's good. I fantasised about it for days after. It just reads like cherry trifle with whipped cream; the prose *floats* down my gullet like something delicious and cool. And it is so fucking hot and sweet all at the same time.

Anyway, will stop rambling and proceed to microwave my dinner. Then onwards to *24* and more torture-cougar-action. And then, fuck it all, there will *not* be any This Life (ack, fuck, shit) but there will be the British Open highlights instead, introduced by *Gary Lineker*. Actually, that more than makes up for it, sort of. Grmph.


I watched most of the British Open today but missed the final holes. Am golf slut. Any good Tiger/Vijay fics out there? Nick Faldo/Greg Norman? Hell, any golf slash??
